            Mike Weathers launched Genesis Ranch in 2005 at the Camp Cooley Ranch sale with his purchase of the $40,000, Miss Brinks Transformer 795H. 795H is one of the highest dollar producing females in the Brangus breed and the mother of Hickok, Cody, Morgan, Gunsmoke, Earp and Virgil. Weathers also owns the proven herd sire and ever popular, Brinks Bright Side 607L11. Genesis Ranch is based in Columbus, Texas and while smaller in number has some of the deepest and strongest benches of genetic quality of any herd in the breed.
